Yes, that is definitely possible! You can include animals like your dog, cat, rabbit, or horse as one of the characters in the story. This works in the same way as adding human characters: you upload a clear photo of the animal whilst creating your book.

Yes, you can add a personal message at the beginning of the book. During the creation process, you get the option to write your own text, which will be printed on one of the first pages. This makes your gift extra special!

Our books are designed to be fun for all ages! During the creation of the book, you can select an age category so that the AI can adjust the tone and complexity of the story accordingly. We notice that many adults also experience the books as a heart-warming and unique gift.

At this moment, it is not possible to provide a fully self-written text. Our AI creates the text and the accompanying illustrations as a whole. However, you do have a lot of influence on the direction of the story through the choices you make during the creation process.

You have the full right to use the book you purchased for personal use. You may read it, download it, and share it with friends and family as often as you like. The commercial rights (such as reselling the stories or illustrations) remain with us.

Yes, your child's safety is our highest priority. We use advanced filters and moderation techniques to ensure that all texts and illustrations generated by the AI are child-friendly and appropriate. Yes, absolutely. Your digital eBook is intended precisely as a proof version that you can adjust. Via the "edit book" option, you can change the text and illustrations as you wish.

Do this before you order the hardcover. Once a hardcover order has been placed and sent to the printer, no more adjustments can be made to that specific order.

It can happen that the AI makes unexpected choices. Via the "edit book" option, you can regenerate an image. Does the problem persist? Then try adjusting the accompanying text slightly. This gives the AI new context to create a better illustration.

The AI translates a photo into an artistic style, which is not always an exact copy. If you find the resemblance leaves something to be desired, you can renew the illustration via "edit book". The AI will then make a new attempt.

If the AI makes a mistake with the number of characters, we recommend generating a new image for that page via the "edit book" option. This usually solves the problem immediately.

No, the chosen illustration style and the uploaded photos form the basis for the AI and cannot be changed after generating the book. If you want to use a different style or photo, you will have to create a new book.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to add extra characters afterwards. The composition of the characters is fixed when generating the story. So think carefully beforehand about who you want to include in the adventure.

You cannot manually adjust the text position and size; this is determined automatically. However, you can change the font style. Via the "Edit book" option, you can choose from different fonts to change the look of your book.

You can edit your book (texts, illustrations, and fonts) for up to 10 weeks after the creation date. After this period, the book and the used photos are permanently deleted from your account and adjustments are no longer possible.

No, editing your personalised book is done by yourself via the editing options available in your account. Our platform is designed to give you full control over the adjustments to both the texts and the illustrations, so the final result is exactly as you wish. We do not offer a manual editing service by our team.

It is essential to remember that the AI creates an illustration for a children's book, not a realistic passport photo. The chosen artistic style (such as 'fairytale' or 'cartoon') means that the AI *simplifies* and *stylises* features to fit the book.

The AI does not aim for photorealism. A shadow, the angle of the photo, or a facial expression can therefore be interpreted differently in the childlike style (for example, older or heavier). The magic lies in recognition within a fairytale context.

What you can do: If you find the artistic interpretation deviates too much, you can use the 'edit book' option to regenerate the illustration. The AI will then make a new attempt with the same photo.

No, unfortunately, we cannot speed up the production and shipping process. Each book is printed uniquely for you, which takes care and time. We always strive to produce your order within the stated timeframe of 3 to 10 working days.

You can check the current status of your order on the "Orders" page in your account. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow the shipment.

Don't worry, this is normal. After you have received the shipping confirmation with the track & trace code from us, it can take up to 72 hours before the link becomes active. The delivery service must first process the package in their system. Please wait 72 hours.

Don't panic, this unfortunately happens more often and usually resolves itself quickly. Please check the following three points:

1. Ask housemates: Is it possible that a family member or housemate has already accepted the package?
2. Check with neighbours: Couriers sometimes leave the package with neighbours if you were not at home.
3. Wait 1-2 working days: Sometimes a package is scanned as "delivered" by the delivery service, but is actually delivered 1 or 2 days later.

Because every hardcover book is unique and printed especially for you, it is not possible to return it or receive a refund. This also applies to any errors that were already visible in the digital eBook. Therefore, check your digital proof version very carefully before ordering.

This happens if adjustments were made after the hardcover order was placed.

As soon as you click on 'Order Hardcover', the version of the book at that precise moment is sent as a final file to the printer. Any adjustments you make in your eBook (your digital proof version) after placing your order are NOT included in the already ordered physical book. The order is final at that moment and can no longer be modified.

No, for the digital eBook, a refund is unfortunately not possible. The costs for generating the personalised story and illustrations with our AI have already been incurred at that point. We maintain a low price for the eBook so that you can assess your book with a minimal investment.

Annoying that your book won't load! Try the following steps:

1. Use a modern browser (such as Chrome or Firefox).
2. Go to "Edit book", make a small adjustment, and save again to regenerate the file.
3. Clear your browser cache or restart your computer.

You do not receive the eBook by email. Due to the high quality and file size, we do not send the file as an attachment.

Where can you find it?
Your eBook is ready in your account on our website. Log in at the top right with your email address and password. There you can directly view, download, edit, and optionally order the hardcover version of the book.

You can create an account while making your children's book. In the last step, you enter your name, email address, and password to register your account.

Go to the login page and enter your email address and password. If you do not have login details yet, you must first create your first children's book to create an account.

Your photos are used exclusively by our AI to create the characters in your book. They are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems after 10 weeks and are never shared with third parties.
